We stopped here for snacks and drinks. Got the fruit platter and chocolate cake. Beer was good. Staff was friendly.
I am sitting by the water watching dolphins, drinking a Mai Tai and a carefully-prepared gluten-free Hamburger. These guys look such care with my order, gave me both a gf bun and lettuce for a lettuce wrap. They cooked it in a separate frying pan to protect me. I feel so cared for. Amazing service!!!

Had great service from our waiter Michael. Food was good and large portions. Highly recommend eating here and wish they wouldn't close so early.
A popular bar and grill located at the center of the Waikaloa Hilton hotel. This place offers an extensive selection of burgers, salads, sandwiches and sides to share. Located beside the lagoon and dolphin pools, it's a great place to relax and grab some lunch. Although it may look like there is a large amount of seating room, the resort does get quite packed during peak holiday seasons and it may be quite difficult to get seated.
Great food but stay away from Dulce. She ignored us for 30 minutes and really rude when we said something. She went away and I saw her talking to her coworkers and shaking her head at us. We didn’t say any complaints until after the rude behavior. Don’t work with tourists if you don’t like them. The food is great though. The fresh spring rolls are amazing.

We were staying in the ocean tower. Had a fun day in the lagoon pool. Happened to stop in for the convenience. What a pleasant surprise. Excellent food. Huge portions. Pleasant ambiance. Outstanding service! Highly recommend.
I'm not one to go to poolside bars and restaurants as the food is overpriced and average. However, Lagoon Grill was definitely worth every penny spent and super tasty. I went here with a friend and can say we finished our plates and left with a full stomach. The portions are generous and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the food is a little pricey but you have to think it's at a hotel. I'm still impressed at how good the food was and will definitely be back if I'm at the Hilton.
